Tickets for the new indoor Italian dates of GIANNAGOLD – CELEBRATION TOUR – LIVE 2027, kicking off in March 2027, will be available from Friday, August 28 at 2:00 PM. The tour will draw to a close in Turin on April 11 at the Inalpi Arena.
Gianna Nannini returns with a new single co-written alongside Brunori Sas and Dimartino, marking the very first collaboration between the ultimate European rocker and the Calabrian singer-songwriter. The track is further elevated by the mixing work of Manny Marroquin, one of the world's most influential sound engineers and a 14-time Grammy Award winner, known for his work with artists like Rosalía, Bruno Mars, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Rihanna, and The Rolling Stones.
"I saw an interview with Brunori during his last appearance at Sanremo," says Gianna Nannini. "Dario, whom I didn't know very well, put me at the top of his preferences, saying, 'Who could I want more than Gianna Nannini?'. Flattered by this declaration of love, I went to visit him in Calabria to write a masterpiece song together, which became 'Meraviglioso errore'. We then went to London to record the symphonic parts with Gavin Greenaway. He had a vision for this track and wrote and conducted the London Symphony Orchestra as if it were a film, while also playing the piano. Magic upon magic. A musical journey. A story that runs over your skin and gives you chills."
"Gianna and I hit it off immediately," shares Brunori. "It’s that natural chemistry that forms between kindred spirits, beyond musical genres and individual personalities. She is an authentic rocker (one of the few who truly deserves that title today): crazy and lucid at the same time, a restless body and a river in flood, capable of instinctively capturing the heart of things with a voice that makes words say more than they actually mean. As a sentimental accountant, I just made the numbers balance. Over a night and a day, with the help of Magliocco wine, we sketched out a short love story. A story like many, a story like any other, the story of a lifetime. An inevitable succession of 'wonderful mistakes' [meravigliosi errori]."
In "Meraviglioso errore," dropping on August 28 alongside a new music video directed by Attilio Cusani, Gianna Nannini tells the story of an imperfect love—difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. At the heart of the track is the choice to surrender to emotions, even when there are no certainties and everything seems to move in the wrong direction. Gianna gives voice to an intense and contradictory feeling capable of both wounding and surprising, but also of transforming a mistake into something precious.
Following the release of "AMERICA inc."—an extraordinary new version of one of the greatest hits of the international rocker's career, co-produced alongside Dardust and re-recorded as a duet with Italian rap titan Marracash (holding a top three spot on the EarOne Airplay Rock chart for 5 weeks)—"Meraviglioso errore" is ready to write a new chapter of GIANNAGOLD. This project looks far ahead: two years of music and live shows to celebrate 50 years since her first album release (Gianna Nannini), which consecrated her as the quintessential European rocker.
GIANNAGOLD will make its live debut with a major concert event—the sole date for 2026—on September 19, 2026. Following an epic concert back in 1988, Gianna Nannini will fulfill her dream of bringing her untamable energy back to the historic stage of the Waldbühne rock arena in Berlin, a historic venue for major international rock concerts by the likes of the Rolling Stones, Rammstein, and Depeche Mode. It will be a special symphonic rock show celebrating a career filled with incredible successes, launching the collaboration between the artist and Vivo Concerti.
This epic return previews GIANNAGOLD – CELEBRATION TOUR – LIVE 2027, featuring the new Italian dates announced today. Produced and organized by Vivo Concerti, the tour will kick off in the spring of next year in Livorno, on Saturday, March 13, 2027, with a "date zero" at the Modigliani Forum. It will continue with its official debut on March 15 at the Unipol Forum in Milan, before crossing Italy through Florence, Padua, Jesolo, Rome, Eboli, Bari, Bologna, and Turin, bringing Gianna back to major Italian arenas following more than 30 sold-out shows in 2024-25.
The GiannaGold project continues with a new page dedicated to the artist's catalog. Following the release of California—a reissue of the historic 1979 album that marked her rock breakthrough—a special reissue of her debut album, Gianna Nannini, will be published on September 11 by USM/Universal Music Italia, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026.
The new edition of Gianna Nannini will be available in a numbered, limited edition printed on gold/black splatter vinyl, complete with dedicated commentary on the record and a card autographed by the artist. Originally published in 1976, the album already displays the features destined to become hallmarks of Gianna’s style: her raspy voice, rock energy, and a provocative, non-conformist attitude. The songs blend 1970s Italian songwriting with rock and experimental sounds, tackling delicate social issues. While deeply distinct from her subsequent works, the record retains a massive expressive power and represents the vital first step in defining her artistic identity.
Tickets for the new dates of GIANNAGOLD – CELEBRATION TOUR – LIVE 2027 will be available starting at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 28 on TicketOne.it and at all authorized points of sale. A special presale for members of Gianna Nannini’s fan club opens at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 27.
Tickets for the rock event on September 19 at the Waldbühne in Berlin are available on TicketOne.it, Eventim.de, Ticketcorner.ch, Oeticket.com, and at authorized points of sale.
